Mexican food.

Mexico is a big country, here there are different ways by enjoy the food. In each zone of this country there are diferent ingredients such as vegetables, plants or spices for do more delicious our regional food. 
For example if you travel to Puebla, you cannot forget to eat Mole:
Mole is a mix of chili, kernels, chocolat and 10 diferent spices not forgetting chicken
If you travel to Veracruz the most popular food is seafood in many diferent ways.
But the most typical way to eat fish it is "pescado a la veracruzana"  a vizcainas fish variation.
In the north, especially in Nuevo Leon the people loves "cabrito"
Cabrito is lamb in roast sauce, but the better food in all my country is in Yucatan, because  in yucatan zone there are tropical plants that we cannot find in any other zone in Mexico, such as special chili, sauces originals and meats as faisan or deers.
In fact the mexican food was considered human patrimony since 2010 by Unesco.
